Good people, hello!

This week has been, well, challenging. I had company all week, in town to look after some difficult matters, so we stretched, and stretched, and stretched some more to accommodate everyone’s needs while still staying covid-safe. I painted a little, see above. They worked with documents. Their big puppy did big puppy things like digging in the brand new garden and driving the little dog around the twist just by existing. But they went on fab walks with the able-bodied human! My car broke down again and spent the week at the garage where it didn’t get fixed because I can’t afford the $7000 it would take, and I’m not at all convinced that if I did it wouldn’t just be some new problem next week. My tax documents keep getting shuffled off the kitchen table, and today it is a little munchkins’ 8th birthday celebration, so they will be again. Not really warm enough to eat outside, so I will configure HEPA filters in the kitchen so that they sit between people, also opening windows. (I won’t eat until afterward.)

How do you manage staying covid-safe at your home?
